ダイエット35: オークラホマミキサー

ダイエット35 ― 2006/02/22 14:50

ずいぶん、間があきました。すいません。
きょうのぶんがダイエット35（つまり35日目）だから、
何日ぶりになるのかな。

今朝は
　体重63.0kg（200g増えてる。あちゃ〜）
　体脂肪23.5％（おっ、減ってる）
　ウエスト82.2cm

増えとるがな。
夜、仕事してたら、
どうしてもお腹が減ってきて、
スルメを食べたからかな。

昨日は午後、原宿のアシストオンまで
ブラウンの目覚まし時計（AB7）の修理上がりを
引き取りに行ってきた。
途中、東郷神社を生まれて初めて参拝。
どうせだったら、運動になるし、と
ランニング＆ウォーキングで往復。
帰り、笹塚図書館で、娘に約束していた
吉四六（きっちょむ）さんの爆笑本を借りる。

原宿の旧・国土ビルの近くにメガネ屋さんのZoffがあり、
そこは、Zoffがカフェもやっている、ということを昨日
はじめて知った。このところ何度もお店の前を
通っていたんだけど、いつもは走っているし、
朝早い時間だったりするので、そこまで気付かなかった。
昨日はゆっくり歩いていたので、わかったのだ。
歩くと、発見するものあり。

と、動かなかったわけではないのに、
やっぱり、スルメかなぁ。

夕食の後に何かを食べるのは、またきょうから
(なるべく）ガマンするぜ、と決めました。
なるべく、というのがちょっと弱いけど。
