いきなり、とんでダイエット29。
１週間あいたのか、このブログ。
すいません。
で、今朝は
64.2kg（昨日から200g増）
24.5％
ウエスト85cm
昨日は2時間40分走ったんだけど、
体力がつき、カラダが慣れてきたのか、
減りにくくなってきたような気がする（気のせいか）。
あ、でも、体脂肪率は1％減ってるから、
きょうのところは、よしとするか。
本日は小雨模様だし、仕事もちょっとバタバタしてるから、
有酸素運動はむずかしいかな。
こういうときでも家でこなせる、
手軽な有酸素運動があればいいのに。
ま、できるときに、できることを、かな。
あきらめず、ゆっくりとでも進むのだ。
